HOW IS ANCIENT ROME AND THE U.S ALIKE

Gladiator life was like living in hell, you had to fight even if you didn’t want to. The where slave or people that was in new religions. They had to fight until they got there opponent, after that the fans would decide what was the loser fate, but if you kill them before the decision it was ok.
The distractions in the U.S. to day are news games that have killing in it and T.V because of all the Movies and T.V shows where people are killed. It is similar to ancient Rome because of the killings and how people get fun out of it. Also because of all the action.
Yes I do think Americans and people ancient Rome are the same because we like to see people hurt other people and we look at actions movies like it’s playing with toys. When I watch T.V I love to see Brad Pit kill someone in a movie.

king philip the second and alexander the great

King Philip the second started the culture of Hellenistic, by taking over other places. He did that by battling for the land or marring the daughter of the whom own the land. He marries the kings daughter because the other land owner will not attack a place were his daughter is at. He battled them because he had a big army that could easy take out little armies. Then when King Philip was killed his took over and just started battling. At the end of it Alexander took over Egypt, India, Persia and Greece.
